The specifications of the Special Junmai Nama-zake are consistent across all brands, allowing you to enjoy a comparison of flavors brought by different types of rice.

In March 2022, aiming to convey the charm of Aomori's local sake, four representative breweries from Aomori Prefecture (Houhai, Tadashu, Mutsu Hassen, Hatomasamune) jointly established a new team called "AQE (Aomori Quattro Experanza - Hope of Aomori's Four Breweries)."

This release is a set of pure rice sake comparison sets, using Aomori Prefecture's sake rice "Hanafubuki" and the developed yeast "Mahoroba Jun," with all sake brewed using the same rice, polishing rate, yeast, labels, and black bottles. We hope to support the sake and restaurant industries in Aomori Prefecture and further promote the development of local communities through this initiative.
