This sake features a gentle aroma that fully captures the essence of the rice. As temperatures drop, this sake can also be enjoyed slightly warmed, heated to the ideal drinking temperature using warm water; it is a fine brew worth savoring.

This autumn limited product, a Junmai sake, is brewed during the harsh winter months and then matured for six months at low temperatures within the brewery, bringing out its rich and delicious flavors fully. The exquisite taste developed over time results in a unique brew. It uses a yeast known as "Cosmos" yeast, embodying the meaning of "harmony," as reflected in the language of Cosmos flowers.
