This sake received the 10th place in the "Junmai Ginjo" category at the "SAKE COMPETITION 2018," the world's largest sake competition. It is brewed using Omachi sake rice from Okayama Prefecture. Omachi sake rice is known for its impactful and rich impression on the palate. Akabu's Omachi is distinctive, as it maintains both depth and freshness, providing not just heaviness but a "light and profound taste." This is a slightly mature and sophisticated Akabu AKABU, suitable for the discerning palate.
