Brewed by the renowned Miyaizumi Meijo Brewery, known for producing exceptional sake, this particular brand, "Aizumiyaizumi," is only available locally in Fukushima Prefecture. It is made from carefully selected Fukunoka sake rice, polished to 50%, and brewed with pure water from the springs of Mount Bandai. Fukunoka is a variety developed through crossbreeding by selecting Yamada Nishiki and Dewa no Ura in Fukushima Prefecture.
