Description


The mature white peach and pear freshness, along with the floral fragrance of white flowers, stimulate the tongue with a faint fermentation gas and a slight sweetness with a touch of bitterness. The taste is slightly heavier towards the bottom, and the refreshing acidity keeps the balance and expands. In the latter half, the delicious sweetness gradually spreads and disappears with an elegant impression.

As 2022 is described as a "melting year," Abe Shuzo chose "SAZANAMI" as the starting point (the melting year is "ARANAMI").

Abe Junmai Ginjo "Vol. 3" is a classic sake with almost pure rice brewing, with a polishing rate of 60% and using Niigata G9 yeast instead of the usual 901 association yeast.
