The newly introduced 'Ryusuisen' originates from Noya City in Nagano.

The brand new 'Ryusuisen,' reimagined based on the 'Hoshiichi' brand crafted using the entire mountain waste method. "龍" (Ryū), the dragon, has been long revered as the "god of abundant harvests," safeguarding water and rice—the wellspring of human destiny.

As the guardian deity, people offer water, rice, and sake to the dragon god. It is said that the water on this land springs forth from the mountains like a natural spring, rich and plentiful due to the dragon god's protection. In gratitude for the prosperity of this land and in reverence for the guardian deity "龍," we have renamed it 'Ryusuisen.' The 'Tenka' of Ryusuisen uses the sake rice 'Gohyakumangoku.'
