Description
Haru Satsuma is brewed in autumn when sweet potatoes are at their peak flavor and then matured for at least 150 days after distillation. This long aging mellows out the rough edges of the new spirit, resulting in a smoother and more approachable shochu.

This spring-exclusive project is a collaborative effort between 13 distilleries under the Satsuma Honkaku Imo Shochu Producers Association and Minami Kyushu Liquor Co., Ltd. Produced as a single-batch, single-tank expression, it is a strictly limited release. Among the highlights is Mitake, a standout worthy of special attention.
