This is a limited edition "Junior" sake popular in the summer, polished to 33%!

"Sakemirai" is a sake rice cultivated from the "Takagi Sanbu" trilogy, and has a high level of recognition and popularity among suitable rice for brewing. This sake is brewed with Sakemirai rice polished to 33%, using Ogawa yeast and M310. The brewing process was designed with the hardness of Sakemirai rice in mind, to ensure the best flavor and a smooth mouthfeel.
