This limited edition Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from Hyogo Prefecture's Yamada Nishiki rice with a polishing rate of 44%. It is crafted to evoke the memory of past summers and enhance the sake's taste.

"Kudokijozu Jr." is a series of sake produced by the dedicated individual of Kamenoo Brewery. The series continues the brilliant style of the "Kudokijozu" series, offering various flavors from classic to unique, appealing to a broad range of consumers.

"Yamada Nishiki" is a type of rice that was selected around 1877 from the excellent seeds of the town of Tago, Hyogo Prefecture, becoming the maternal ancestor of "Yamada Nishiki." This rice has a high brewing suitability and was widely planted in the Tago area around the 1920s. But due to cultivation difficulties, this rice variety gradually disappeared. However, in recent years, people have reassessed the characteristics of "Yamada Nishiki" and predicted that it would produce high-quality sake, resulting in an increase in demand.
