This is a limited-edition Junmai Daiginjo sake that uses the exemplary summer sake rice variety "Kame no O," which is a representative strain of revived cultivation. This sake is made with ultra-hard rice "Kame no O", polished to an extremely high degree and brewed using the traditional Ogawa yeast.
