Description

The aroma exudes the elegance of Ginjo sake with a hint of richness. Upon tasting, you'll notice a roasted flavor, a sweet and dense sensation, along with the rich characteristics of Japanese sake.

This black sake is a collaboration between the renowned sake brewery "Houraisen" from Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and Sekiya Brewing.

Made from Yamada Nishiki rice (polishing rate of 60%) from Hyogo Prefecture and Chiyonishiki rice from Aichi Prefecture, the final step (aging process) involves adding roasted malt used in the production of the Meitei King B beer.

This is not a beer brewed using sake ingredients, but rather an innovative attempt using beer ingredients.
