'Gakki Masamune' is a very popular brand at Daikido Yoshi Honten, founded by the second generation Yoshiyoshi, who laid the foundation and was loved by the local community during the Taisho era. The current President Yuta Daiki inherited the ambitions of the second generation Yoshiyoshi and incorporated further brewing cultures, making the newly born 'Gakki Masamune' a hot sake in the modern Japanese sake industry.

This sake is the flagship product of 'Gakki Masamune', released in the spring with a pink label called 'Bessenn Namazume'. It is a special honjozo made using carefully polished rice with a polishing rate of 60%. By allowing for moderate exposure to air, the flavor can be enjoyed immediately upon opening.
