The rich land nurtures abundant rice and the underground water of the Kuma River, cultivating an authentic shochu that is rich, gentle, and layered. President Oishi personally selects the aroma and color of oak barrels, using sherry casks and Cognac casks for slow aging. The 'Kuma Shochu Daiishi' is aged for 3 years in sherry casks and 5 years in brandy casks, utilizing a sophisticated blending method to fully bring out the individual characteristics of each barrel.
