Description

This popular Bijofu sake has a unique, magnificent, and rich aroma typical of its refined brewing process. It offers a refreshing taste, clean and spicy, smoothly flowing down the throat. The lees are slowly brewed at low temperatures, then gradually put into cloth bags, leaving only droplets to be bottled, resulting in a very limited production. Please understand if it sells out early.

"Bijofu Daiginjo Kaoru" is a limited edition Daiginjo sake brewed by Hamakawa Shoten for participation in the nationwide new sake evaluation. It is made by polishing the top-quality Yamada Nishiki rice, known as sake suitable rice, to 40%, and using yeast from Kochi Prefecture to create a top-notch sake product.
