This sake is brewed in a wooden barrel, giving it a natural woody aroma that perfectly blends with the flavor of the sake, resulting in a pure, clear, and balanced taste experience with a delightful sweetness and acidity.

Commonly known as "Autumn Cherry Blossoms".

The "Kaoringenmai" or "Kaori Nishiki" rice variety was first bred in Akita Prefecture in 1959. It is a descendant of the "Shinshu 190" variety and is related to the "Miyama Nishiki" variety in terms of lineage. However, the taste is completely different; "Miyama Nishiki" gives a hard impression, while "Kaoringenmai" is very silky and smooth.
