In the 2nd year of Reiwa, it won the Gold Award at the "National New Sake Appraisal" competition. The highest-grade sake rice from Iwate Prefecture, "Yuinoka," was polished to 35%, thoroughly washed, and fermented at ultra-low temperatures, creating the masterwork of the brewers' souls. This Daiginjo sake possesses an elegant Ginjo aroma and a rich, mellow flavor. This is Akabu AKABU's Daiginjo masterpiece.
