This sake offers a rich fruity aroma and upon the first sip, fills the mouth with delicious sweetness and acidity, followed by a refreshing and tart sensation. The finish leaves a slight bitterness from the rice, resulting in a well-balanced and flavorful Japanese sake.

Part of the Okazaki Brewery's "Three Sisters" series, this sake features a label designed by the eldest sister and manga artist, Maki Okazaki. It is brewed using "Yamahime" rice developed in Nagano Prefecture, polished to 50%, resulting in a refreshing Junmai Ginjo sake.
