This "Mari Label" is a collaboration between female master brewer Mitsuri Okazaki and her sister, manga artist Mari Okazaki.

This sake is brewed using "Yamae Nishiki," a rice variety carefully cultivated at the foothills of the Mihara Plateau in Ueda City, Shinshu. It is a new sake rice developed by the Nagano Agricultural Experiment Station and named to reflect the blessings of the mountain.
