Description

This sake exudes a warm aroma and has a very smooth taste with a long sweetness and acidity, as well as a deep flavor. The rich and profound flavor of the aged sake blends harmoniously with the refreshing acidity unique to the Botan rice, which combines complexity and drinkability in a single sip. The aftertaste is lingering and unforgettable.

This product is different from ordinary Kaze no Mori in terms of drinking method and flavor. Please use the attached temperature sticker to heat it to your preferred temperature, then enjoy it in a bowl or frozen cup, as you relax and savour the moment.

The highest peak of Kaze no Mori, ALPHA5 for warming, is an annual limited edition product of the ALPHA series, usually available in the cooler seasons.

The ALPHA series sets a different theme for each sake, and the theme for ALPHA5 is "exploring warm sake". As the theme implies, this is the only warm sake in Kaze no Mori, designed to allow people to enjoy the flavor changes at different temperatures. Therefore, the production of this product is vastly different from regular Kaze no Mori sake.

It is a premium sake made with Botan rice and brewed using aged sake that has been aged for 10 years. The aging process adds richness and sweetness to the sake, and combined with the brewing method of Botan rice, creates the unique and rich flavor of ALPHA5.
