When first opened, this sake releases a fresh aroma with tiny bubbles. As time passes, the bubble sensation fades away, revealing a rich flavor.

Despite being pasteurized, the "Zaku Impression" series attempts to recreate the fresh aroma and flavor of nama-zake as closely as possible, based on many experiments and trials. This is an unpasteurized sake that's bottled directly from the pressing site.

The English letters used for each sake are based on the first letter of each name. "N" stands for "Nakatori (Yanotomo)," "M" stands for "Megumi-no-Tomo," "G" stands for "Kuro-no-Tomo," and "H" stands for "Ho-no-Tomo". You can enjoy the different flavors of each sake. It is recommended to consume after fully refrigerating.

This is an unfiltered original version of "Zaku Kuro-no-Tomo".
