"Zaku" is a popular sake brand from Mie prefecture. We have received a pure rice ginjo sake made from locally grown rice in Mie. The rice used is called "Kaminoho," which represents delicious sake rice produced in the mystical land of Mie. This rice is a relatively new variety, developed in 2008.

The gentle and mild flavor of this rice is cultivated in the calm "country of the gods" of Mie prefecture. Very few breweries use this rice variety, so many people have yet to try sake made from it. This sake is made using polished rice with a polishing rate of 55%.
