Description

This sake is bottled directly from the pressing site, full of tiny bubbles that allow you to enjoy its initial fresh taste. After opening the bottle, the bubble sensation will gradually disappear over time, and the flavor will become richer.

This is the pinnacle of the "Impression" series, which offers two delicious flavors in one bottle! Known for pursuing freshness and transparency, Zaku's brewery refused to produce nama-zake that is prone to quality changes. Instead, they created a sake that's "almost nama-zake" by using a technique that's close to pasteurizing it.

Despite being pasteurized, the "Zaku Impression" series attempts to recreate the fresh aroma and flavor of nama-zake as closely as possible, based on many experiments and trials. This is an unpasteurized sake that's bottled directly from the pressing site.

The English letters used for each sake are based on the first letter of each name. "N" stands for "Nakatori (Yanotomo)," "M" stands for "Megumi-no-Tomo," "G" stands for "Kuro-no-Tomo," and "H" stands for "Ho-no-Tomo". You can enjoy the different flavors of each sake. It is recommended to consume after fully refrigerating.
