Description

This carefully stored and aged sake, managed at super-low temperatures, feels not aged at all, but rather becomes a clean, rounded, gentle sake with an elegant aging sensation. Whether served at room temperature or slightly warmed, it offers a gentle and soothing sensation to the soul.

Unlike the "Yui Musubi" series, this sake presents different aging flavors, representing a new creative field for Mrs. Michiko, the toji, further expanding its charm.

On May 11, 2022, Yuki Shuzo suffered a major disaster, with two buildings destroyed by a fire. Though family and staff were unharmed, aside from the sake stored in temporary refrigerators, everything else was lost.

Here, I express my condolences and urge support through purchasing and enjoying Yuki Shuzo's products. We hope to rebuild Yuki Shuzo at all costs and earnestly request everyone's assistance.

This sake uses Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, with minimal polishing (rice polishing ratio: 90%). It can be enjoyed at various temperatures, from chilled to heated.
