Description

This wine presents a deep yellow hue. It carries a refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, fruit peels, and complex scents of yellow flowers. A complex fruit flavor and the refreshing acidity that is unique to this region, are delivered through fermentation in oak barrels, providing a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Our family has been engaged in agriculture for four generations on this land in Hokkaido. Based on regional agriculture and rural areas, we have always been concerned with technological innovation, added value to agricultural products, and the self-reliance of farmers. Therefore, in 2002, we established a winery business. By gathering people at our winery, and experiencing the wonderful nature, delicious agricultural products, and local culture of the Dofu area, we hope to contribute to creating new rural culture through enjoying rural life and deepening communication.

In addition, just as we have always been committed to the quality of agricultural products, we also strive for high-quality wines in winemaking. In the future, we plan to continue to work with the community toward mutual development and make efforts to form a new rural culture.
