This special Junmai Daiginjo, "Yamawasei," is crafted through collaboration between Yamawa Sake Brewery, the first-place winner in the Junmai Daiginjo category of the 2024 SAKE COMPETITION, and Niizawa Sake Brewery, the top-ranked brewery in the 2024 World Sake Rankings.
