The use of hard water in the brewery's brewing gives this sake a rich and flavorful atmosphere reminiscent of fruits from the southern regions, with a strong umami flavor and refreshing fruitiness.

The balance between the subtle sweetness, umami components, and refreshing acidity is excellent. This is the classic style unique to Yamagata Masamune.

The 2022 brewing year's Yamagata Masamune has reached a new level of excellence.

Made using "Dewa Sansan," a brewing-appropriate rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture, polished to 60%. Kinpashu sake is an ancient and auspicious type of Japanese sake that we are proud to present again this year.

Only produced on a made-to-order basis, a freshly bottled and poured Junmai Ginjo sake.
