Description

This year's Yamagata Masamune still exudes the aroma of grapes and grapefruit. Despite the slight sweetness, you can feel the unique fresh acidity of new sake. This is a "Nigori" type sake, with sediments settling at the bottom of the bottle by about 5 millimeters.
