Description

This “Aizan 90” is brewed by the sixth-generation master brewer, Yoshihiro Kashiwase, who adheres to the philosophy of low polishing and not over-polishing. Aizan rice, known as the "diamond of sake rice," fully showcases the rich umami of the grain. The aroma of the sake is relatively understated, but upon tasting, the fruity sweetness and clear acidity of Aizan are distinctly perceptible, followed by a quick and clean aftertaste.

This sake has a rich mouthfeel with a dry finish, making it very suitable for pairing with food. It is excellent whether served chilled or warm.

From Tochigi, Wakakoma Brewery has launched a very charming sake featuring a horse with heart-shaped eyes!
