This sake boasts elegant aromas and sweetness reminiscent of apples and pineapples, offering a refreshing and crisp palate full of vitality. With a slight effervescence and sophisticated fragrance, one can savor a translucent sweetness while tasting. To enhance the aroma further, two types of yeast were deliberately blended during the fermentation process of the sake mash, pursuing a greater evolution.

The first installment of "Wagauji" new sake — “Wagauji Fresh & Juicy Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Nama Genshu (Blue Label).” All of Wagauji’s namazake series falls under the “Fresh & Juicy” line, providing a fresh and juicy feeling on the palate, akin to an adult’s “fresh fruit juice.”
