This is one of the exclusive "W" series crafted by Watanabe Shuzoten, a brewery located in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture. The pale pink hue of this particular sake is quite charming.

Each label in the W series uses different rice varieties, cleverly showcasing the characteristics of each. This sake specifically utilizes "Misato Nishiki" rice. Originating from Akita Prefecture, it is a crossbreed of Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki, possessing brewing characteristics suitable for high-level polishing. In the entire Tohoku region, especially around Akita, this rice variety is widely appreciated.
