The sweetness upon entry is moderate, and the acidity of the yogurt intertwines with the unique flavor of strawberries, leading to a refreshing finish that perfectly showcases the deliciousness of fresh strawberries.

Released by Akebono Brewery in Aizubakuhatsu, Tenmei presents the yogurt liqueur "Snow Drop Miyafukuro Strawberry." All the ingredients for this liqueur are sourced from Aizubakuhatsu, including 100% ultra-early maturing rice "Mizuhou Golden" and well water from the Aizu Central Dairy plant. Additionally, it uses yogurt specially made by Aizu Central Dairy, all produced from local raw milk. The liqueur also includes juice from "Miyafukuro strawberries," cultivated by Mr. Iwabuchi from the north Aizu town, balancing sweetness and acidity to create this strawberry-flavored yogurt liqueur. This season, thanks to the careful cultivation by the strawberry farmers, strawberries with rich flavor have been harvested.
