It encompasses the sincere wishes of all the brewers at Nishi Shuzo, saying, "We hope to bring a little joy to the people of Kagoshima, who are still experiencing unprecedented times!" This pure rice sake has a more compact taste than Junmai Ginjo. It can be served cold or warm. It is crafted to be enjoyed as an evening drink, just like the usual practice with Kagoshima sake.
