Description

This sake has a tart fragrance reminiscent of raspberries and citrus fruits. When tasted, the mouth is filled with a gentle fruity flavor, and the sweet taste and rich flavor of Aiyama rice gently envelops the mouth. The fresh acidity and bitter taste akin to citrus peel create a refreshing sensation and guide the aftertaste to a crisp finish.

"Banshu Aiyama" is a popular sake in this series.

Every year from spring to autumn, a new Junmai Daiginjo is released, with the same polishing rate and yeast used for four consecutive months, only with a different type of rice. The third installment is "Banshu Aiyama".
