The name 'Tenbi' draws inspiration from the desire to create a sake gifted by the gods, with 'Ten' taken from 'Amaterasu' and 'Bi' from 'Michizane.' This new sake was meticulously planned by Choshu Shuzo over two years, aiming to achieve a mild, refreshing, and pleasant taste with gentle sweetness and acidity akin to white grapes. It pairs well with various cuisines.
