Description

This sake is a versatile Japanese alcohol that complements a variety of cuisines, featuring a mild and refreshing aroma, soft white grape-like sweetness and acidity, and a fresh citrus taste.

"Tenbi" is a seasonal limited edition sake available from February to March.

Choshu Shuzo Kabushikigaisha Ltd. in Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, which has a history of nearly 50 years, has completed a new brewery after about two years of planning and preparation. The first brewing was carried out in the autumn of 2020 on the latest brewing facilities, resulting in the production of the beautiful "Tenbi" sake. The toji or master brewer is Mr. Miki Fujioka, who graduated from the Department of Brewing Science at Tokyo University of Agriculture and worked for nearly 20 years in Nara, Kagawa, and Mie, having the skillful techniques of a master brewer.
