Description

This sake uses the "Hane-ki-ori" (feather-pressing) method, which gently presses the sake and presents a refreshing mouthfeel. Despite being a namazake, it retains the characteristic refreshing and rounded mouthfeel of Tanaka Rokuju-go, with a pleasant and smooth acidity.

It is a Junmai sake made using locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice from Itoshima. The name "Tanaka Rokuju-go" is derived from the surname "Tanaka" of the brewery owner and the fact that the brewery is located in the fields of Yamada Nishiki. "Rokuju-go" means the polishing rate of 65%.
