Description

This sake emits a gentle steamed rice aroma with a very faint hint of banana-like ginjo fragrance. On the palate, it features a sharp and dry style akin to steel wires.

Shiraito Sake Brewery, known for its historical method "Hane-kizukuri," is the sole brewery nationwide famous for its flagship product "Tanaka 65." This sake is made exclusively from Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Itoshima, polished uniformly to 65%, as indicated by its name "Tanaka 65." Shiraito Sake Brewery uses locally sourced rice to express their love and respect for the region's characteristics.

The name "Tanaka 65" on the bottle is hand-designed by the young owner, simple yet impactful, leaving a lasting impression. "Tanaka 65" has been selected as the in-train sake for Japan's top luxury train, the "Kyushu Seven Stars," symbolizing taste and quality.
