Description

The aroma of the sake is rich in layers, featuring the scent of steamed rice, accompanied by a yogurt-like dairy fragrance. On entry, it is soft and smooth, followed by a gentle acidity and moderate umami, ultimately finishing with just the right amount of bitterness, giving the sake a complex character with a dry taste.

In contrast to the tight flavor profile of the representative "Tanaka 65," the "6513" is more gentle and delicate due to its lower alcohol content, making it an elegant creation that is soft and layered.

Shiraito Sake Brewery, the only brewery in Japan to inherit the "Hane-ki" pressing technique, has released a low-alcohol version of "Tanaka 65"—the "6513"!

As the original sake of "Tanaka 65," it boasts just 13% alcohol content, making it a fine low-alcohol sake. At the same time, it continues to use the traditional Hane-ki pressing method, avoiding excessive pressing to maintain a consistently clear and pure body.
