Description

This sake successfully balances sweetness and refreshment, with a very refreshing taste that rivals, if not surpasses, the super cost-effective SAKE "Juyondai Hommaru". It has a surprisingly victorious taste with a very fresh and pure flavor. Please accept this new challenge from the brewery with a firm palate.

In the kingdom of light, dry, and crisp sakes, a renegade son is making a unique path, and this new project is called "Koryu". Its name is shrouded in mystery due to the complex kanji used, but it indicates that it is a sake called "Aka" or commonly referred to as "Akaban".

The product name is taken from "Koryu", which Takachiyo Sake Brewery once named for some of the highest-grade sakes. This name has been revived. Its name originates from "Koryu Shrine" located in the old Shiozawa town, which is a precious name, and the pattern is themed with "dragon", using the traditional Japanese folding technique.
