59 (Goku) x Dewasansan - An Intensely Flavorful Dining Sake - Takachiyo 59 is brewed from various rice varieties from all over Japan, polished down to 59%, and has a fruity taste that pairs well with food. This time, for the first time in the 59 series, "Dewasansan" is used. Dewasansan is an original rice variety used for sake brewing in Yamagata Prefecture, developed with the purpose of producing sake with a gentle and broad mouthfeel.
