The Takachiyo 59 series from Takachiyo Sake Brewery’s second release this season is brewed with Aiyama special grade rice from Hyogo Prefecture. This sake rice is renowned as the "diamond of sake rice," being extremely rare and precious.

The "Takachiyo 59" series is based on Junmai Ginjo with a polishing ratio of 59%, using different types of sake rice for each variant, with a total of 10 limited editions in the series.

All sake in this series is undiluted nama genshu, showcasing elegant Ginjo aromas and beautiful sake qualities.
