Compared to regular pure rice sake, its acidity is more intense, with a rich and complex character. It is only released after aging for 3 years in the brewery. The exquisite premium Junmai Daiginjo emits a rich and thick taste of Yamahai.

In the "Taka" series, the highest-grade sake, the winter-limited "Black Label," attracts much attention. It is commonly referred to as the "Black Label." It uses the highest-grade Yamada Nishiki rice cultivated in Matsuzawa area, Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture (formerly Higashitarumachi), with a polishing rate of up to 40%.
