This new sake complements the flavors of the season and is excellent for pairing with various cuisines. Whether it's rich winter seafood, hot pot dishes, simmered dishes, or rich-textured dishes, it pairs perfectly with them. It is recommended to consume it after being thoroughly chilled.

This new sake is brewed in Kochi Prefecture, hailing from the globally renowned Suigei Brewery, known as "Suigei Special Junmai Nama Genshu." They carefully polish the raw rice to a 55% level and slowly ferment it through meticulous fermentation management to preserve the taste at the time of pressing. It is a fresh sake full of seasonal sensations.
