To allow you to enjoy the freshness of spring and new greenery, we have introduced Kubota Seppou. To maintain its fresh aroma, we implement cold fermentation and storage. Kubota Seppou is characterized by its light and refreshing flavor.

The style of Kubota Seppou continues with a pure white design inspired by spring for the bottle and packaging, with a slim body to improve the pouring experience. The black bottle of Kubota Seppou, representing a masculine style of production called "Yamahai", contrasts this sake, brewed in a faster style, with the feminine style of Kubota Seppou Junmai Daiginjo.
