Description

This summer limited edition of Shinshu Kirei sake emits a strong aroma of pineapple and sweet melon, with a hint of refreshing acidity. It starts with a mild sweetness, then the carbonation spreads instantly in the palate, accompanied by a slightly bitter tone. The sweetness, bitterness, and freshness intertwine in the mouth, creating a sake that is as lively and hot as summer.

This is the only seasonal sake of Okazaki Brewery. The deep blue color of the bottle perfectly captures the impression of summer and is released every July. This summer Junmai Ginjo sake is limited to special shops and direct sales stores.
