This sake has a refreshing taste that combines the unique sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy flavors of Yamada Nishiki rice, taking its flavor to a higher level. It has a citrus and apple sparkling wine-like aroma, making it a popular sake among the masses.

Shinshu Kirei's much-awaited Yamada Nishiki version is finally here!

Okazaki Shuzo values local rice, water, and nature. Therefore, they primarily use Nagano prefecture-produced Miyama Nishiki and Hitogokochi rice. They aim to use as much local rice as possible and adhere to the spirit of "pursuing the potential of rice and producing the best sake" to produce a small amount of Yamada Nishiki sake. Yamada Nishiki is known as the king of sake rice and is loved by many sake breweries.
