Description

This sake has a fresh and fruity taste with characteristics of newly pressed sake. On the palate, the flavor and sweetness of the rice balance well, with a refreshing aftertaste.

The rice used in this sake is 100% Gohyakumangoku, a sake-brewing rice produced in Fukushima Prefecture, grown in a contracted field by the brewery's members.

This sake is crafted by "Miyamori Yoshihiro," the Toji and sake-cellar staff, and "Yamaguchi Takenaga," the brewmaster, who have been childhood friends since elementary school. This passionate and energetic duo injected their "love" in creating this new "Sharaku" sake, hence named "Junai Shikomi" or "pure love-brewed".
