Description

It offers a mature banana, fully ripened sweet melon, and tropical fruit aroma that alone provides immense satisfaction. The texture is relatively rich, and despite the strong aroma impression, the taste is surprisingly refreshing, with almost no sweetness. It has a slight alcoholic feel, and as it passes through the throat, there's a pleasant warmth, making it quite delicious.

"Sake Mirai" is one of the original rice varieties cultivated by Takagi Sake Brewery's 14th generation president, Takagi Tatsugoro, known for the famous "Juyondai" in Yamagata Prefecture. It was named with the wish for the future of sake to forever shine. "Sharaku" inherits this intention and created its own-styled "Sharaku Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai."
