Description

This sake has a mild taste and is reminiscent of banana with its fruity and sweet aroma that finishes elegantly in the throat. One can say that all sensory experiences are in the center, achieving exquisite balance.

The rice used in this sake is 100% Gohyakumangoku, a sake-brewing rice produced in Fukushima Prefecture, grown in a contracted field by the brewery's members.

This sake is crafted by "Miyamori Yoshihiro," the Toji and sake-cellar staff, and "Yamaguchi Takenaga," the brewmaster, who have been childhood friends since elementary school. This passionate and energetic duo injected their "love" in creating this new "Sharaku" sake, hence named "Junai Shikomi" or "pure love-brewed".
