Mr. Kyoji Kokubira was attracted to Japanese sake while working in the food and beverage industry. Concerned about the decreasing number of rice producers, he became an Omachi rice producer in the local Akaiwa City four years ago. Although Omachi rice is quite popular for sake brewing, it is also a challenging variety to cultivate. Four breweries supported Mr. Kokubira's passion and extended their help, utilizing their expertise in sake production to create this product. This sake truly embodies the enthusiasm of the farmers and the love of the breweries.
